Hillary's Energy Idea

While we're on the topic of the 2008 Presidential Race, New York Senator Hillary Clinton has updated her website with what she calls a plan to end energy independence. She invites you to visit her site and let her know what you think of her plan. I have done just that and I encourage you to write a thoughtful, educated response to her idea.

Here is the plan...Hillary proposed a simple idea to help end the cycle of dependence: put some of the oil industry's windfall profits into a fund that would help develop practical new sources of renewable energy.

You may have better or additional ideas for reducing oil use in this country, and I strongly encourage you to tell Senator Clinton your idea. Heck I strongly encourage you to tell any of your elected leaders your opinion. Its up to us right?
