Oscar Win for Gore

Congratulations to Vice-President Al Gore for 2 wins at last night's Academy Awards. Gore's slide-show turned documentary earned an Oscar for Best Original Song by Melissa Etheridge and Best Documentary.

If you haven't seen An Inconvenient Truth you should rent it. Its really interesting and not as terrifying as you might think. One thing Gore emphasizes in the movie is the same thing I emphasize on this blog: Each of us can contribute to turning back the clock. We worked together to stop the ozone hole from growing. We worked together to begin a hearty recycling program. We can do this!
